Vinyasa Flow

Michelle typically teaches a dynamic class with an active and continuous flow from one pose to the next, including several sun salutations and vinyasa flows. These classes will also ask you to focus on breath work and cultivating awareness when linking one movement to the next. These classes are recommended for those who are familiar with Ashtanga yoga and want a vigorous flow. These classes will have a safe approach to challenging postures that may not be available in a typical yoga class combined with traditional aspects of yoga, like pranayama and being present.
