The Yoga Loft offers specialized and supportive one-on-one private yoga classes, and also offers this space to private groups, teams or businesses to a maximum of 6 people. 

Book the Yoga Loft for a family yoga experience, or stag/stagette party, school, sports or corporate team. Something fun and light, grounding and stress relieving, or connecting and intimate, building mental focus and concentration, managing anxiety, increase positivity and productivity, connecting mind to body, or targeting specific areas of the body and practicing postures that will best compliment your daily regimen or relieving tension from repetitive movements.

This intimate setting provides the opportunity to connect and be in conversation with Michelle, consistently checking in with you to see how your body is responding to the practice, to offer modifications or alignment cues when needed, and to discover what feels good and which poses could offer you the greatest benefit. Verbal or hands on adjustment is available for added body awareness, if you want.
