My all time favourite go-to Green juice

INGREDIENTS

4–5 stalks of celery

3–4 leaves of kale/spinach

3–4 leaves of romaine/spinach

1–2 lemons, peeled

2–3 cucumbers

4-6 apples

Optional: 1 thumb of ginger

DIRECTIONS

Rinse all ingredients as needed. Cut them so that they fit easily into the feed tube of your juicer.

Run all ingredients except the lemon juice through your juicer. Remove any remaining bits of fiber (which will look like foam) by pouring the juice through a wire strainer. Stir in the lemon juice.

Drink immediately, or refrigerate for up to 24 hours in a tightly closed container.
